Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using TradeBookNow you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What TradeBookNow is

TradeBookNow is a platform that connects customers with independent contractors (plumbers, electricians, handymen, and other tradespeople). We are a marketplace — we are not the contractor and are not responsible for the quality of work performed.

3. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to use TradeBookNow.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One person, one account.

4. Bookings and payments

• Deposits paid through TradeBookNow are non-refundable unless the contractor cancels.
• The remaining balance is settled directly between customer and contractor.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.

5. Contractor responsibilities

• Contractors must be licensed and insured as required by local law.
• Contractors are independent contractors, not employees of TradeBookNow.
• Contractors are responsible for the quality and safety of their work.

6. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Use TradeBookNow for anything illegal
• Post false reviews or fake information
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees
• Harass other users or contractors

7. Limitation of liability

TradeBookNow is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, the quality of contractor work, or disputes between customers and contractors.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
